Israa Mohamed Ahmed is a highly experienced Research Assistant and the Founder of Bio Gate, a biotechnology training platform specializing in bioinformatics, cheminformatics, and computational chemistry. She has expertise in molecular dynamics simulations, molecular docking, pharmacophore modeling, and ADMET profiling, with a focus on optimizing small molecule therapeutics for cancer and neurological diseases. One of her notable achievements includes the synthesis of nano zeolite materials, resulting in a 50% dose reduction for chemotherapy drugs like Endoxan and Methotrexate. Additionally, Israa discovered a new strain of Fusarium oxysporum, which has contributed to antifungal drug development (Accession: MT249304.1).
